The MongoDB Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Node.js and MongoDB. The role involves building RESTful APIs, implementing microservices, and ensuring high performance and availability of database-driven applications.

The candidate will work on database schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning in MongoDB. Responsibilities also include integrating applications with cloud platforms, managing build and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.

Strong experience in Node.js (NestJS preferred), MongoDB, containerization, and microservices architecture is required. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, along with troubleshooting and collaboration in Agile teams, is an added advantage.
