INFOSYS BPM : WALK IN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE – VOICE PROCESS
- Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree
- 2021/2022/2023/2024 batches can apply.
- Should have excellent communication Skills
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Responds to customer queries by understanding the enquiry.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Should have Empathy and take responsibility
- Should be comfortable to work in complete Night Shift
- Should be comfortable to work from Office.
- Should be comfortable to take Inbound customer calls (Approx 30-40 Calls per day)
- No of Openings: 100
- Work Location: Bengaluru.
